Services provides the support for all of the Housing and Dining
Services technology needs. Support of hardware and departmental
standard software, as well as local and wide area networks systems
are monitored and maintained for all users. Network services are
maintained for all residents living in university housing. This
incorporates more than 100 hubs and switches serving 6000 possible
data connections.
Access is provided for staff to University systems
such as ISIS, FRS, HRS, and CIS as well as our own systems such
as MPAC, Computrition and the Meal Access system. Technology Services
also provides support for the University ID system. For any problems
with hardware, software, or the network, staff in Housing and Dining
Services are asked to phone in a work order to HSC customer service
at 491-7171 or enter it on-line at http://itsupport.hds.colostate.edu. |
