GUIDELINES FOR USE OF
LAPTOPS/TRAINING
EQUIPMENT
1. There are 12 laptops that are available to use in Conference room 2 or 3 in the Palmer Center. Please call Terri Rogakis to reserve the equipment.
2. Only on special request will the laptops/cart be removed from the building. You may speak with Terri about making arrangements for this.
3. The laptops are not available for checkout on an individual basis. You must have a conference room reserved to use them.
4. The person that reserves the room and equipment is responsible for set-up of the equipment and putting it all away. There will be support staff in each area trained on how to use the equipment. Someone will be available to assist for setting up if needed. Technology Services staff will be alerted when the equipment is reserved and will be available for technical difficulty.
5. If special software is needed for training purposes, it is up to the person reserving the equipment to make arrangements with Technology Services to have it installed on the laptops. They will test it to make sure that it works properly.
6. Software that is currently installed on the laptops: Office 2003, Corporate Calendar 9.0, and MPAC.
