The Department of Housing and Dining Services is responsible
for the management, finance, administration, and program development
of all University housing facilities, including ten residence
halls, 908 apartment units, and all 76 buildings on the Pingree
Park Campus. We serve 6,000 students, 1,000 families and 30,000
annual guests. The overall properties managed are valued in excess
of 220 million dollars. The annual operating budget is in excess
of 42 million dollars. Thank
