The Apartment Life program is an integral part of the educational mission and student support services of Housing and Dining Services at Colorado State University. Apartment Life serves a non-traditional and culturally diverse student population. Our resident/customer base includes student families, couples/partners, single graduate students, single undergraduate students over the age of 23 and faculty/staff.

The University apartment facilities include the following:

• University Village: 430 two and three bedroom units
• Aggie Village: 289 two bedroom units
• International House: 118 one and two bedroom units
• Lory Apartments: 72 one and two bedroom units

Other interesting facts that we are proud about Apartment Life:

• Fifty percent of our residents are from other countries
• Our international residents represent 80 nations
• Over 400 children reside in our apartments and over 100 are teen-agers
• We have 59 single parent families
• Apartment Life sponsors over 950 programs and activities each year

Exit survey results continually exceed a 90% resident satisfaction rate. We believe that Housing and Dining Services is an exciting place to work and we want to welcome you to attend any of the activities we sponsor.
